Either you have a new credit card or want to use a different card for your payment, 

you can update your information via our billing portal following the 3 steps below:


  • Please use a desktop/laptop to access the billing portal. 
  • Your payment is attached to the email address used to purchase. WE CANNOT  change the email address.

Step 1: 

- Open the link below to open the billing portal: https://silverchartist.link/billing

Step 2:

Enter your email address - Make sure to use the same as the email used to make your purchase. 

Step 3:

After completed step 2, you will receive an email with a link to your personal billing profile. Click the link inside the email, it should open a new tab with your personal billing profile as the image below. You can update your information as needed
